12V Hysteresis Voltage Comparator Module Threshold Adjustable Switching Value Relay Dual Output Jitter Elimination Control Board

Hysteresis comparators are mainly used for voltage comparison, especially in situations where the voltage is not stable, and can solve the phenomenon of false triggering and jitter when the comparator is at the zero point.
For example, if your input signal is 2.45V, but due to interference or power supply, it jitters between 2.43-2.47V. If you adjust the reference voltage to 2.45V at this time, then not using a hysteresis comparator will cause a very rapid comparator rollover, causing your subsequent acquisition or control to become out of control (especially in relay situations where it can be fatal). If hysteresis comparison is added, "If you adjust the hysteresis range, such as 0.03V, it will act when it is greater than 2.45V, but it will only flip back when it is lower than 2.45-0.03V, and it will avoid small jitters in the middle."
Widely used in industrial field signal processing and collection, the addition of relay control circuits will be more suitable for docking and signal conversion between various modules in industrial control.
Module parameters:
1. Power supply voltage: 12V (specific power supply voltage depends on relay drive voltage)
2. Output high and low levels (output current about 3-5 MA)
3. The output switching value is relay dry node (with a maximum capacity of 10A)
4. Board size: length 64mm, width 21.5mm
